Register with your HPCSA Dental Board number

Create your account, select Dentist and add your HPCSA registration number, specialty and practice details.

Admin approves your account

The ELMED team verifies your HPCSA Dental Board registration and activates your account.

Start managing your practice digitally

Add patients, build dental charts and treatment plans, and manage appointments from your portal.

Which dental specialties are supported?

All HPCSA Dental Board disciplines: general dentistry, orthodontics, maxillofacial and oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics and paediatric dentistry.

Does ELMED support dental X-rays?

Dental X-rays can be uploaded as file attachments to a patient's record. Full DICOM integration for dental imaging is on the roadmap.

Can patients book appointments through my dental microsite?

Yes. Your public microsite includes a contact and booking enquiry form. Submissions appear in your portal contacts inbox.

Is the dental portal HPCSA compliant?

ELMED stores patient records with HPCSA-aligned retention periods as required by the National Health Act. Your HPCSA number is displayed on your profile and microsite.
