ELMED is a platform that connects patients with registered healthcare professionals. The platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions are made by registered HPCSA practitioners. In a medical emergency, call 10177 (ambulance) or go to your nearest emergency room.
Your privacy (POPIA)
ELMED complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your health data is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared without your explicit consent. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time from your patient portal under Settings → Privacy.
