Inventory Management

Track stock levels, set reorder points, receive low-stock alerts and import your full product list from CSV.

Delivery Management

Premium pharmacies get a public-facing microsite with up to 8 pages, custom domain support and a branded email reply system for patient enquiries.

How to get on ELMED

Register your pharmacy

Create your account, select Pharmacist and add your SAPC registration number, pharmacy name and physical address.

Admin approves your pharmacy

The ELMED team reviews your SAPC credentials and approves your pharmacy. Apius Pharmacy in Goodwood was ELMED's first approved partner.

Start receiving prescriptions

Doctors route scripts to your pharmacy and patients set you as their preferred pharmacy. Scripts arrive in your queue automatically.

What does ELMED cost for a pharmacy?
The Listed plan is free. Premium (R1,799/month) adds a public microsite, custom domain, own payment gateway and API access. Integration (R699/month) adds API and webhooks.
Can patients choose my pharmacy as their default?
Yes. Patients set a preferred pharmacy in their patient portal. All future prescriptions are automatically routed to that pharmacy.
Does ELMED support delivery?
Yes. The delivery management module lets you set zones, fees, drivers and a dispatch queue. Patients track their delivery in real time.
Can I use my own domain for my pharmacy microsite?
Yes. Premium pharmacies can point their own domain (e.g. yourpharmacy.co.za) to their ELMED microsite. SSL is configured automatically.
