Adults The initial daily dose should be one 25 mg tablet given late in the evening. This dose may be increased, if necessary, to 50 mg to 100 mg (two to four 25 mg tablets) on the following evenings For children 5 – 10 years: one 25 mg tablet given as a single dose, best taken at night. Phenergan tablets are not suitable for children younger than 5 years.
