The usual dose for adults: 2 to 3 medicine measures (10 to 15 mL) every four hours. The usual dose for children 2 to 6 years: ½ to 1 medicine measure (2,5 to 5 mL) every four hours. The usual dose for children 7 to 12 years: 1 to 2 medicine measures (5 to 10 mL) every four hours.
